Knowhow and experience of our employees are available to our customers at all times. Support and maintenance encompass preventive, corrective and adaptive maintenance.
To its customers, Monting-I offers following maintenance services based on prompt reaction and swift initial and final problem solution:
- Remote technical support 5x8 – Continuous system support from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Remote technical support 7x24 – Continuous system support 0-24 h, daily.
- Support in customer's premises – Our experts are available for maintenance and product support at request.
